Jeff Rosenkilde, Sr. began his career in the insurance industry after graduating from University of Baltimore in 1982. He graduated with a degree in Business Administration. Jeff began as a claims adjuster with Allstate in 1982 and was in the management trainee program. He then moved into agency ownership and started a career as captive agent with Nationwide in 1984. Jeff was one of the youngest recipients of the prestigious Presidents Conference Award in 1986. Jeff was offered a position with Nationwide as an Agency Manager supervising a district of thirteen agents in Baltimore.

After a short stint as an Agency Manager, Jeff affiliated with a large broker in Maryland as the Director of Sales. Finding the Independent Agency side of the business intriguing, he started his own independent agency in 1987 with his brother and partner Dave Rosenkilde, CIC.

Together they formed Insurance Consumer Services, Inc. The agency grew carefully and profitably under the direction of Jeff and Dave. In 1996, they were offered an opportunity to form a new agnecy and merge staff with ABCO Insurance.  As  principals and owners, the equal merger was the completion of a number opportunities that Jeff and Dave were seeking.  Eventually, Jeff and Dave purchased all of the stock of  the merged agency and continue the agency's management as of today.

The agency has expanded to two locations and is a full service insurance and financial services company.

Jeff and his wife Michelle live in Monkton, Maryland. Both of Jeff's sons are active in the business as Producers. Jeff is active in the community and serves on a number of boards as a volunteer, as well as acting as an agent advisor to several of the carriers he represents.
